Hernan Pineda moved to the United States of America to complete his studies and graduated from Florida State University. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Then, he moved to Cape Coral and founded Cape Coral Lots Inc. Cape Coral Lots Inc. is a a real estate company based in Cape Coral, Florida that has invested more than $10 million. “The point” is one of the outstanding real estate projects that Mr. Pineda has developed. “The point” is the largest extension of land assembled in a 5-year period, located on the 41 Tamiami trail, where important corporations such as KIA MOTORS have invested. Thanks to “The Point,” he was granted an award by the Port Charlotte City council. For the past 20 years, Hernan Pineda has been immersed in the real state business and has set a vision to build a company that offers a unique investment opportunity to foreign and domestic investors.
